Refunds & ReturnsÂ
We are happy to offer free returns within 14 days of your purchase. For non-perishable items like beans and beverages, please return them to Amerisal Foods LLC to be eligible for a full refund.
To start a refund, please contact us at info@amerisalfoods.com. Amerisal Foods LLC will then provide you with a return shipping label. Once your return is approved, please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for sale items, discounted items, merchandise products, gift cards, and non-returnable items, including perishable goods such as cheese, creams, pupusas, riguas, and plantains.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
